Mt. Everest Eco Expedition Apr-May 2020

GGIM's first ever Expedition to Mt. Everest. And it will be led by none other than Mr. Umesh Zirpe; seniormost mountaineer of Giripremi, Leader of Giripremi's six 8000er expeditions namely Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu.

The expedition will also have GGIM's senior mountaineer instructors Vivek Shivade & Dinesh Kotkar to guide you throughout the expedition.

The expedition will be from the south route, Nepal.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu & transfer to the hotel (1,300m/4265ft)

Day 02-03: Official formalities and Shopping in Kathmandu

Day 04: Drive to Airport, fly to Lukla (2,800m/9186ft) 40 min & trek to Phakding 3 hrs (2,640m/8661ft)

Day 05: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11286ft)

Day 06: Trek to Khumjung (3,790m/12434ft) for your acclimatization and back to Namche

Day 07: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,867m/12687ft)

Day 08: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m/14468ft)

Day 09: Rest day in Dingboche

Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4,900m/16076ft)

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base camp

Day 12- 55: Training & climbing period of Everest expedition

Day 56: Cleaning up base camp (5,380m17650ft)

Day 57: Trek back to Pheriche (4,370m14337ft) or direct fly from EBC to KTM by Helicopter

Day 58: Trek back to Namche (3,440m/11305ft)

Day 59: Trek back to Lukla (2,800m/9186ft)

Day 60: Fly to Kathmandu & transfer to the Hotel

Day 61: Free day in Kathmandu

Mt. Manaslu Eco Expedition Sept - Oct 2020

Mt. Manaslu is the 8th highest mountain in the world. 

At a height of 8163 m, the mountain offers spectacular climbing experience with some glimpses of technical climbing under safe guidance of experienced Sherpas and GGIM's top notch instructor mountaineers.
