Everest climbing is not an overnight task, it takes years and years of preparation and planning. According to the the expert climbers from Giripremi, only those who have a sound experience of high altitude and are in good physical fitness, have learnt and practiced techniques of rappelling, jumaring, change over etc. and have been to altitude like 6500 to 7000 meters, can plan to climb Everest in 2020.
How GGIM will help you in the expedition?
GGIM will provide support to your Everest expedition by providing guidance at every step right from meticulous planning to smooth execution.
Pre Expedition guidance: (Systematic and thorough preparation)
GGIM has 11 mountaineers who have climbed Mt. Everest, 10 Kangchenjunga Summitters, Ashish Mane, only mountaineer from Maharashtra with 5 8000er summits including Everest, and Shri. Umesh Zirpe, who has led Giripremi's 7 8000er expeditions. Such a strong team of mentors to guide you at virtually every step in your planning.
GGIM will provide you thorough training plans as per your fitness levels and monitor its progress. The training plan will also include some sessions which you can participate along with Giripremi mountaineers.
GGIM will provide you technical training that you will require for the expedition. GGIM's basic & advance rock climbing courses, Ice climbing training will foster your confidence for the Everest climb.
GGIM will conduct High Altitude Awareness session that includes guidance for Medical Challenges, Equipment & Backpacking, use of Supplemental Oxygen & Masks, etc.
GGIM has a full fledged store with state-of-the-art mountaineering equipment which can be issued for rent at a very nominal cost.
Guidance during expedition: (Safety first, Enjoy second, Summit optional)
GGIM will help you choose an appropriate local support for the climb including best possible Sherpa guides.
GGIM has a strong connection in Nepal for end to end logistics and safe climb. All necessary paperwork, Lukla flights, transportation (ex. KTM) will be handled by GGIM

One of our best instructors, a fine mountaineer, Mt. Kangchenjunga summitter, Vivek Shivade will also be participating in the climb. Another team member of GGIM, Dinesh Kotkar is also preparing hard to be part of the expedition in 2020. So if you plan to go in 2020, you will be climbing with experienced mountaineers like Vivek and Dinesh.

Day 04: Drive to Airport, fly to Lukla (2,800m/9186ft) 40 min & trek to Phakding 3 hrs (2,640m/8661ft)
Day 05: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11286ft)
Day 06: Trek to Khumjung (3,790m/12434ft) for your acclimatization and back to Namche
Day 07: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,867m/12687ft)
Day 08: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m/14468ft)
Day 09: Rest day in Dingboche
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4,900m/16076ft)
Day 11: Trek to Everest Base camp
Day 12- 55: Training & climbing period of Everest expedition
