You are out to trek on one of the most beautiful passes of the Himalaya. The trek begins from the Heritage village Naggar and winds through the old picturesque villages of Kullu valley. Beautiful meadows, thick forests of pine, oak and grassy land ascends where the valley exposes the view of the whole surrounding snow clad mountain ranges takes us to the 3,600 Mts high Chanderkhani Pass – a heaven for nature lovers. The pass is covered with snow till the end of May, whereas post September, one can see the lush green meadows and mist filled valleys.

Trek Dates: 16th October 2021 to 23rd October 2021

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If cancellation is made one month or more prior to the trek, we will refund 100% of the paid amount (excluding the booking amount)
  2. If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days prior to the trek, we will refund 50% of the paid amount (excluding theΒ  booking amount)
  3. If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the trek, there will be no refund.

If the trek gets cancelled due to any any natural calamities like Uttarakhand floods, Nepal Earthquake, Covid-19 pandemic, we will refund the trek fees deducting actual expenses incurred depending on the stage of the trek.

Covid-19 Regulations:

  • You have to carry RT-PCR negative report while travelling to Himachal Pradesh. It should not be older than 72 hours. So, plan your travel accordingly.
  • For your return journey, if your destination requires RT-PCR negative report, plan your travel accordingly and keep minimum 1 day buffer to get tested.

Day 1


Report at Majnu ka Tila, Kashmiri gate Delhi at 3.30pm We will travel by regular Volvo till PATHALIPUL.

Day 2


Report at base camp near the Heritage village Naggar. Post lunch briefing about the programme followed by the acclimatization trek to the Heritage village.

Day 3

NAGGAR – GHAN KRAREE (2,800 Mts) 5/6 Hrs

The trek Passes through some old villages of Kullu Valley, beautiful meadows and the thick forest of Pine and oak. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 4

GHAN KRAREE – CHAKLANI (3,260 Mts) 4/5 Hrs

Initially a steep ascend through Pine, Oak and Birch trees and then a gradual ascend on the grassy pastures take us to Shedu Pathar and further to Chaklani, an open field, where the valley exposes the view of the whole surrounding ranges. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 5

CHAKLANI – CHANDERKHANI PASS (3,600 Mts) – CHAKLANI (3,260 Mts) 6/7 Hrs

The trek is gradual uphill on a snowfield till Chanderkhani Pass (11,800 feet). The pass is covered with snow till the end of May - a heaven for nature lovers. The high peaks of Dhauladhar and Peer Panjal Ranges are in full view from the top. Back to Chaklani camp by the evening. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 6

CHAKLANI – NAGGAR (1,650 Mts ) 5/6 hrs

Descend down to the base camp Naggar through the beautiful meadows and the forest of Oak and Pine and old villages of Kullu valley. Overnight stay at base camp.

Day 7

The programme concludes after breakfast.

Free time till evening. Start Manali to Delhi Overnight Journey in the evening.

Day 8


Reach Delhi around 10.00 am. Participants can plan their return journey after 1pm

  1. Accommodation in mountain huts (2/3 sharing) at base camp, as per the itinerary.
  2. Accommodation in Alpine tents ( 3/4 men )/(Separate toilet tent facility is
  3. Sleeping bags (Holofill) with fleece inner.
  4. Trekking mats.
  5. A variety of wholesome hygienic vegetarian meals with eggs.
  6. Transportation/ transfers as per the itinerary.
  7. Services of qualified instructors/ guides, cook, kitchen helper and mules to carry
    camping equipment.
  8. First aid kit.
  1. Any accidental, emergency, travel or medical Insurance.
  2. Any expenses of a personal nature.
  3. Beverages or soft drinks or bottled / mineral water.
  4. Any charges to visit monument/ heritage buildings and photography or camera
  5. Any transportation charges or transfers which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
  6. Any charges for a manual or helicopter evacuation, hospitalization in case of a
    medical emergency or the like.
  7. Any additional activities which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
  8. The Personal porter / horses for carrying of individual kit or baggage.
