1. If cancellation is made one month or more prior to the trek, we will refund 100% of
   the paid amount (excluding Rs. 5000 from first installment)
2. If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days prior to the trek, we will refund 50% of the paid
   amount.
3. If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the trek, there will be no refund.
4. If the trek gets cancelled due to any any natural calamities like Uttarakhand floods,
   Nepal Earthquake, Covid-19 pandemic, we will refund the trek fees deducting actual
   expenses incurred depending on the stage of the trek.

Departure from Pune by Train (Durranto) to Delhi

Reach Delhi and Drive to Dehradun ; Stay in Hotel in Dehradun

Drive to Raithal. Stay in Raithal in comfortable guest house (2,200 m ; 7,547 ft)

Day 4
Trek to Chilpada campsite (3,000 m ; 10,000 ft). Beautiful trail through pine trees take you to the Chilpada camp ahead of Gui campsite.

Day 5
Trek to Dayara Bugyal (3,600 m ; 12,000 ft) and back to Chilpada Campsite , Startearly morning through wide marked trail up to Dayara with views of Mt. Bandarpooch, Mt. Kalanag, Mt. Srikanth etc.

Day 6
Trek back to Raithal ; Stay in comfortable guest house. Return trek towards Raithal (road head) will not take more than 3 hrs as you descend.

Drive to Rishikesh Campsite ; It takes about entire day to reach Rishikesh campsite.

Day 8
Explore Rishikesh along with GGIM instructors - Since it’s a free day, they will explore Rishikesh and will have the lunch on their own. Places to visit - Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghaat, River rafting etc.

Departure from Campsite and Drive to Delhi. Departure from Delhi (Goa Express)

Arrival in Pune

1. Train (3 AC travel) & Bus travel as per itinerary
2. Raithal to Rishikesh Campsite on Day 6 Bus
3. Campsite to Rishikesh city on Day 7 Jeep
4. Rishikesh to Dehradun airport on Day 8 Bus
5. Dehradun hotel stay in sharing basis on Day 1
6. Meals: As mentioned in the itinerary above
7. Camping arrangements on trek on sharing basis
8. Hot drinking water during the trek
9. Guide, Cook, Assistant, and Porters for common luggage
10. Permit fees and national park fees
