My daughter has been associated with GGIM since last two years which involves monthly sahyadri treks and a yearly himalayan trek. All the treks are very professionally organised and managed with continuous feedback both ways. The monthly treks helps in building confidence in the children and the himalayan trek are a big boost to the same which not only is a trek but teaches various life skills. GGIM is the most genuine and carefully managed team of enthusiastic Volunteers which helps children develop their overall personality. A wonderful learning journey for children beyond the classroom! My daughter Aarya is currently pursuing the ANU program – Aavahan (Level 1) with GGIM, and our experience so far has been truly positive. Along with the regular ANU activities, she has already completed 3 treks with GGIM and also participated in the Summer Camp in May 2026. What I particularly appreciate about GGIM is the way they introduce children to nature, trekking, outdoor challenges, teamwork, discipline and self-reliance at an early age. These experiences give children an opportunity to step outside their comfort zone, observe nature closely and learn through actual experiences rather than only through books. The treks are especially valuable because children learn things like planning, preparedness, responsibility, cooperation and perseverance while enjoying the outdoors. The Summer Camp was another memorable experience for Aarya, with a good balance of activities, learning and fun. A big appreciation to all the GGIM mentors and volunteers who put in their time and effort to create such meaningful experiences for children. 🙏 We are happy to see Aarya becoming more confident, independent and enthusiastic about outdoor activities through this journey. We had such a wonderful time today! ❤️ It was a perfect mix of fun, adventure, learning, and beautiful moments for both kids and parents. The kids had a blast, and we parents enjoyed every bit of it too — especially the yummy food! 😋 A big thank you to the entire GGIM team for putting together such a lovely experience and making the day so memorable.
