Hello Adventure Enthusiasts and Parents,
GGIM is thrilled to welcome you to the newly established VPNCPS Adventure Club at Vidya Pratishthan’s Nanded City Public School. Built on the spirit of grit, exploration and the joy of reaching new heights together, the club aims to introduce students to the exciting world of outdoor adventure and experiential learning.
As the first step of this initiative, students will participate in an adventurous trek to Lohgad Fort, one of Maharashtra’s historic hill forts known for its scenic trails, rich history, and breathtaking views. This trek offers students a unique opportunity to experience nature firsthand while developing important life skills beyond the classroom.

6:00 AM – Reporting at school
8:00 AM – Arrival at Base village and breakfast
9:30 AM – Trek Begins
01:00 PM – Return to base for lunch
2:30 PM – Departure from Base village
4:00 PM – Reach School
Registration Formalities
1.One page declaration form should be submitted by the parents. The child must present
the form before boarding the bus.
2.In case the form is not submitted, the child will not be able to attend the programme.

Payment Terms
- Last day for payment – 3 days prior to the trek date
Please make all payments only through our official website payment gateway. Payments made through QR codes, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method outside the website will not be accepted. To avoid any issues, kindly complete your payment directly on the website.
- Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks
1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to ggimpune@gmail.com.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

- Personal medication (if any – to be informed well in advance to the instructors),
- Spare Set of Clothes (In a separate polythene bag, inside the sack)
