Organized by Guardian Giripremi Institute of Mountaineering (GGIM) in collaboration with Saraswati Vishwavidyalaya National School, the Bhadas to Waghjai Temple Trek is a adventure packed outdoor experience warmly welcoming all school children, parents, and young adventure enthusiasts alike. Set against the lush greenery of the Sahyadri ranges, this one-day hike blends nature exploration, cultural history, and teamwork, helping participants build physical endurance, environmental awareness and self-confidence under the supervision of certified mountaineering experts.

DETAILED ITINERARY

6:00 AM: Reporting at school campus
7:15 AM: Arrival at Bhadas Village & Breakfast
8:15 AM: Trek to Waghjai Temple begins
12:00 PM: Return to Bhadas Village
1:00 PM: Reach Valane Training Site & Lunch
2:00 PM: Bio Diversity Walk
3:30 PM: Depart for school
5:00 PM: Reach school campus

Fees Include & Exclude

Transport facility from School Main gate to the Trek venue and return by private Non-Ac bus.
Quality breakfast and lunch arrangements at trusted vendor locations.
Guidance and supervision by qualified trek leaders and instructors.
Use of technical equipment, where required.
First aid support throughout the trek.

❌ Fees Exclude

Any personal refreshments.
Transportation to and from School before the reporting time and after the trek concludes.
Any personal expenses or items not specifically mentioned under “Fees Include.”
Any medical expenses incurred beyond the first aid provided during the trek.

Registration Formalities

1.One page declaration form should be submitted by the parents. The child must present
the form before boarding the bus.
2.In case the form is not submitted, the child will not be able to attend the programme.

Payment Terms

Last day for payment – 3 days prior to the trek date

Please make all payments only through our official website payment gateway. Payments made through QR codes, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method outside the website will not be accepted. To avoid any issues, kindly complete your payment directly on the website.

Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks

1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to admin@ggim.in.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

Things To Carry

Backpack: A small bag or daypack.
Hydration: Drinking Water – minimum 2 Liters.
Footwear: Sports shoes or Trekking Shoes.
Sun Protection: Sun Cap.
Rainwear: Poncho or Raincoat.
Extra Clothing: Spare set of clothes (packed in a separate polythene bag inside your sack).
Snacks: Dry snacks such as Chocolates, Chikki, or Energy Bars. (Note: Please avoid chips, Lays, or Kurkure).
Medical: Personal medication, if applicable (must be informed well in advance to the instructors).

Important Note: Mobile phones, smartphones, and smart gadgets are strictly not allowed on the trek.
