Hello Adventure Enthusiasts and Parents,

Please find the details of the upcoming trek below:

Level: Avhaan Advance
Trek Destination: Korle to Raireshwar

About the Trek

The trail from Korle to Raireshwar begins from the base village of Korle and gradually ascends through open muddy trails, forest sections and long stretches of rocky terrain.

The initial climb is steady and continuous, with exposed sections that require endurance and careful footing. As the trail gains elevation, participants will encounter open grasslands and rolling tableland sections offering expansive views of the surrounding valleys.

The final approach leads to the historic Raireshwar Plateau, where open landscapes, ancient stone pathways and the peaceful Raireshwar Temple create a unique mountain experience.

Itinerary

06:00 AM – Reporting at school
08:00 AM – Arrival at Base village and breakfast
9:30 AM – Trek Begins
01:00 PM – Return to base for lunch
03:00 PM – Departure from Base village
05:00 PM – Reach School

Fees Include & Exclude

✔️ Fees Include

  • Transport facility from School Main gate to the Trek venue and return by private Non-Ac bus.
  • Guidance and supervision by qualified trek leaders and instructors.
  • Outdoor learning sessions conducted as part of the ANU curriculum.
  • Use of technical equipment, where required.
  • First aid support throughout the trek.
  • Snacks and refreshments during the return journey.

❌ Fees Exclude

  • Breakfast, lunch, or any personal refreshments.
  • Transportation to and from School before the reporting time and after the trek concludes.
  • Any personal expenses or items not specifically mentioned under “Fees Include.”
  • Any medical expenses incurred beyond the first aid provided during the trek.

Registration Formalities

1.One page declaration form should be submitted by the parents. The child must present
the form before boarding the bus.
2.In case the form is not submitted, the child will not be able to attend the programme.

Payment Terms

  • Last day for payment – 3 days prior to the trek date

Please make all payments only through our official website payment gateway. Payments made through QR codes, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method outside the website will not be accepted. To avoid any issues, kindly complete your payment directly on the website.

  • Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks

1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to admin@ggim.in.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

  1. Small Bag
  2. Drinking Water – 3 L,
  3. Sports shoes / Trekking Shoes
  4. Sun Cap
  5. Breakfast
  6. Lunch
  7. Dry snacks (like Chocolate,Chikki, Energy Bars etc. Please avoid Chips, Lays, Kurkures )
  8. Personal medication (if any – to be informed well in advance to the instructors),
  9. Spare Set of Clothes (In a separate polythene bag, inside the sack)
  10. Raincoat / Poncho
