1. If cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the course, we will refund 90% of the course fee.
2. If cancellation is made between 3 to 7 days prior to the course, we will refund 70% of the course fee.
3. If the cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the course fees.

If the course gets cancelled due to any natural calamities, we will refund the trek fees deducting actual expenses incurred depending on the stage of the trek.
