Hello Adventure Enthusiasts and Parents,

As the first step of this year’s journey with the mountaineering club of CPSM, students will embark on an exciting trek to Tajubai Waterfall Trek. More than just a trek, this experience marks the beginning of another year of meaningful outdoor learning, where students will challenge themselves, develop essential life skills, and create lasting memories while exploring the natural world beyond the classroom.

Itinerary

06:00 AM – Reporting at school
8:00 AM – Arrival at Base village and breakfast
9:30 AM – Trek Begins
01:00 PM – Return to base for lunch
2:30 PM – Departure from Base village
4:00 PM – Reach School

Fees Include & Exclude

✔️ Fees Include

  • Transport facility from School Main gate to the Trek venue and return by private Non-Ac bus.
  • Quality breakfast and lunch arrangements at trusted vendor locations.
  • Guidance and supervision by qualified trek leaders and instructors.
  • Use of technical equipment, where required.
  • First aid support throughout the trek.

❌ Fees Exclude

  • Any personal refreshments.
  • Transportation to and from Ferguson College before the reporting time and after the trek concludes.
  • Any personal expenses or items not specifically mentioned under “Fees Include.”
  • Any medical expenses incurred beyond the first aid provided during the trek.

Registration Formalities and Cancellation Policy

1.One page declaration form should be submitted by the parents. The child must present
the form before boarding the bus.
2.In case the form is not submitted, the child will not be able to attend the programme.

Last day for payment – 3 days prior to the trek date

Please make all payments only through our official website payment gateway. Payments made through QR codes, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method outside the website will not be accepted. To avoid any issues, kindly complete your payment directly on the website.

Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks

1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to ggimpune@gmail.com.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

  5. Shoes and Socks

Things To Carry

  1. Small Bag
  2. Drinking Water – 3 L,
  3. Sports shoes / Trekking Shoes,
  4. Sun Cap,
  5. Dry snacks (like Chocolate,Chikki, Energy Bars etc. Please avoid Chips, Lays, Kurkures )
  6. Personal medication (if any – to be informed well in advance to the instructors),
  7. Spare Set of Clothes (In a separate polythene bag, inside the sack)
