HAC Avhaan – Manali Snow Trek
This is a 10 days programme from Pune to Pune.

Itinerary
Train Travel Details:
Day 1 | Pune → Delhi (Train)
Departure from Pune by NZM Duronto Express train to Delhi.
Day 2 | Delhi → Naggar (Overnight Bus)
Arrival in Delhi. In the evening, board an overnight bus journey to Naggar.
Day 3 | Arrival at Manali & Acclimatization
Reach Manali and report at Prini Campsite, tent allocation, camp briefing, Small hike to Arjun Gufa
Day 4 | Trek to Thorku Dugh
Trek to Mountain Base Camp at Thorku Dugh (2230m.), settle in camp, gear distribution.
Day 5 | Advenuture Activities
Various Adventure Activities on the campsite
Day 6 | Trek to Tilgun Meadows
High Altitude trek to Tilgun meadows (2470 m) Outdoor cooking and survival skills
Day 7 | Thorku Dugh → Base Camp
Trek back to Manali Camp. Return of gear, group discussions, camp fun at night.
Day 8 | Manali Exploration → Delhi (Overnight Bus)
After breakfast, explore nearby attractions including the Atal Tunnel. Free time for shopping at Mall Road, Manali. Overnight bus journey to Delhi.
Day 9 | Delhi → Pune (Train)
Arrival in Delhi and boarding of train for Pune.
Day 10 | Arrival in Pune
Reach Pune, marking the end of a memorable Himalayan adventure.

Things to Carry
- Trekking Shoes : CTR. Also, you can check in Decathlon too
- Cotton socks : 3-4 pair
- Woolen Socks : 2 pair
- Fleece Jacket / Sweater : 2 (Regular warm clothes)
- Track pants : 3
- T-shirts : Preferably 4 (Full t-shirts recommended)
- Woolen caps / Balaclava : 2 || Buff : 1 or 2
- Warm gloves : 1
- Waterproof gloves : 1
- Undergarments : 4-5 pairs recommended
- Towel : 1 full size and 1 medium size
- Thermal inners : 1 pair (upper and lower)
- Raincoat / Poncho : 1
- Sunscreen lotion : Any lotion above 30 SPF will suffice
- Goggles : 1 (Dark shade, UV protect – black preferred)
- Head or Hand Torch with extra batteries
- Extra shoe lace
- Hygiene kit : (Tooth brush, paste, mosquito repellent, tissue papers, anti-fungal powder, sanitizer, pee safe spray etc. )
- Water bottle : 2 bottles of one litre each
- 1 rucksack 50 L & 1 small daypack
- Personal medication : Please inform the instructors if you are already on any medication or before consuming any.
- Notebook, Pen & Rope Sling
- 1 or 2 spare polythene bag to keep wet clothes
Important !!
- Please carry: Aadhar Card (1 Colored photocopy and 1 Black White Photocopy)
- Strictly no No Travel Bags. Only rucksacks (One rucksack 40-45 L ; One small sack 10-20 L)
- Participants should carry a thin blanket for usage during the travel
- Cash to be carried – around INR 2000
- Mobile phones, smart phones, camera etc. strictly not allowed

Balance Fees Payment
Installment – 2 – Last Date : 25th Feb 2026
Installment – 3 – Last Date : 25th Mar 2026
Cancellation Policy:
Initial booking amount is non refundable and non transferrable.
- If cancellation is made one month or more prior to the trek, we will refund 100% of
the paid amount (excluding initial booking amount) - If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days prior to the trek, we will refund 50% of the paid
amount. - If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the trek, there will be no refund.
- If the trek gets cancelled due to any any natural calamities like Uttarakhand floods,
Nepal Earthquake, Covid-19 pandemic, we will refund the trek fees deducting actual
expenses incurred depending on the stage of the trek.
- If cancellation is made one month or more prior to the trek, we will refund 100% of

DOs & Don'ts
- Instructor’s decision will be final and must be adhered to by all students without any argument.
- No Littering throughout the journey- in the bus, at the place of the food eating, on the trail of the trek.
- While exploring respect nature and historical monuments do not destroy, damage, or dirty the archeological, historical monuments, or natural habitat in any way on the trek.
- While in travels and during the treks while crossing the difficult patches students should listen and follow the instructors’ guidelines patiently and sincerely.
- Everyone must be in proper attire during travel as well as during treks and camps.
- Take care of all your belongings in travels and treks. If things get lost, it becomes difficult while walking in the mountains.
- Follow the code of conduct of not causing any kind of trouble to our fellow trekkers from our or other groups.
- Students should keep the notes of things they are learning during the trek.
- We request parents to kindly sensitize children about listening and following the decisions of instructors taken from the safety and smooth execution of the programme. In case of any misbehavior or inappropriateness displayed by students, GGIM instructors will bring the matter to the parent’s notice.
