Please find the details of the upcoming trek below:

Trek Destination: Bhadas to Waghjai Temple
About the Trek
The Bhadas to Waghjai Temple trail takes participants through the scenic landscapes of the Sahyadri ranges, passing through forest sections, open trails and varied mountain terrain.
The route offers a mix of gradual climbs and natural trails, with beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and hills. The trek provides participants with an opportunity to explore the natural surroundings while developing endurance, confidence, teamwork and outdoor skills.
The trail finally leads to the Waghjai Temple, a peaceful local shrine surrounded by the natural landscape of the Sahyadris, providing a rewarding experience at the end of the trek.

Itinerary
06:00 AM – Reporting at school
8:30 AM – Arrival at Base village and breakfast
9:30 AM – Trek Begins
01:00 PM – Return to base for lunch
2:30 PM – Departure from Base village
4:30 PM – Reach School
Fees Include & Exclude

- Transport facility from School Main gate to the Trek venue and return by private Non-Ac bus.
- Quality breakfast and lunch arrangements at trusted vendor locations.
- Guidance and supervision by qualified trek leaders and instructors.
- Use of technical equipment, where required.
- First aid support throughout the trek.
❌ Fees Exclude
- Any personal refreshments.
- Transportation to and from School before the reporting time and after the trek concludes.
- Any personal expenses or items not specifically mentioned under “Fees Include.”
- Any medical expenses incurred beyond the first aid provided during the trek.
Registration Formalities
1.One page declaration form should be submitted by the parents. The child must present
the form before boarding the bus.
2.In case the form is not submitted, the child will not be able to attend the programme.

Payment Terms
Last day for payment – 3 days prior to the trek date
Please make all payments only through our official website payment gateway. Payments made through QR codes, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method outside the website will not be accepted. To avoid any issues, kindly complete your payment directly on the website.
Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks
1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to admin@ggim.in.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

- Personal medication (if any – to be informed well in advance to the instructors),
- Spare Set of Clothes (In a separate polythene bag, inside the sack)
