Trek Destination: Mengjai Temple via vinzar
The trek to Mengjai Temple via Vinzar is a scenic route in the Sahyadri hills near Pune, Maharashtra. The trail begins from Vinzar village and gradually climbs through open grasslands and forest patches typical of the Velhe region. As the trek progresses, participants experience the natural landscape of the Sahyadri ranges while observing traditional village surroundings and local terrain. The route provides wide views of nearby valleys and mountain ridges, making it a pleasant and accessible trek for beginners.
At the summit stands the Mengjai Temple, a small hilltop shrine dedicated to the local deity Mengjai Devi and an important place of worship for villagers in the surrounding area. From the top, trekkers can see several well-known forts of the region, including Torna Fort and Rajgad Fort.

Cancellation Policy for One Day Treks
1. Cancellation will be considered only when you send an official email for the same to admin@ggim.in.
2. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to the trek, entire fees will be refunded or carried forward.
3. If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.
4. If cancelled within 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the trek fees will be carried forward only towards next scheduled activity or refunded.

he learning content covers the basics of anchor setup and rope fixing used in rock craft and climbing activities. It includes understanding different types of anchors, proper placement of protection, equalization of anchor points, and safe rope fixing techniques.
